• Vacuuming and mopping of all floors

• Removal of cobwebs

• Dusting of all accessible surfaces

• Cleaning of visible wall marks and radiators

• Cleaning of skirting boards, door frames, handles and switches

• Doors (top, sides and surface) wiped down

• Interior window cleaning, frames and sills (if accessible)

• Mirror and glass surface cleaning

• Interior + exterior of wardrobes, drawers and shelves

• Basic surface organization (if needed)

• Emptying bins

Kitchen

• Deep cleaning of countertops and backsplash

• Full interior + exterior cabinet and drawer cleaning

• Sink and faucet disinfection

• Deep cleaning of stove, oven, hood and filters

• Full interior + exterior cleaning of fridge, microwave, dishwasher and appliances

• Garbage bins (inside and outside)

Bathrooms

• Full disinfection of toilets, sinks, showers and bathtubs

• Deep tile, grout and glass cleaning

• Limescale and watermark removal

• Polishing of chrome and fixtures

• Interior + exterior cabinet and drawer cleaning

• Mirrors and lighting fixtures cleaned

Important Notes

• Property must be empty during cleaning

• Electricity and water must be active

• Severely neglected spaces may require additional time/cost

• We follow the Norwegian standard checklist for property handovers
